In 2023, I led the creative direction and front-end development for blubathworks.com, working closely with the Product Manager and an external developer. Together, we developed a bespoke e-commerce platform on WordPress, tailored to Blu's unique business model.

The site offers exclusive showroom clients access to product pricing and documentation, and allows users to create and submit order quotes via a secure sign-in portal. This project set a new standard for order processes within the Canadian Architecture & Interior Design industry.

The Interior Design Best of Year Awards recognizes design excellence, with Blu Bathworks® competing alongside brands like Gessi and Agape. Using Figma, I crafted a two-week online campaign across email and social media to drive engagement and direct audiences to the awards site for voting.
Our strategy went beyond promotion, aiming to showcase Blu Bathworks' offerings and elevate brand recognition through impactful storytelling and strategic execution.



Project: product catalogue re-design

Annually, I was responsible for coordinating, designing, and overseeing the offset print production of three product price catalogues, along with all related marketing materials and administrative tasks.
In January 2023, I spearheaded a comprehensive redesign to transition these catalogues to an eco-friendly, paperless format, aligning with the launch of our new interactive website and sign-in portal. This initiative was highly successful, driving a 250% increase in client sign-ups within the first month.

The product packaging redesign began with an analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and sustainability goals. Collaborating with showrooms and factories, we developed eco-friendly, premium packaging that enhanced the unboxing experience while maintaining brand consistency.
After sourcing the most cost efficient sustainable materials, we coordinated with vendors for production. The new packaging received positive feedback, reinforcing Blu Bathworks' commitment to quality and sustainability.
